We have substantial litigation experience in both Federal and State courts in commercial, banking, bankruptcy, and real estate matters. We handle complex litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels. We are prepared to move swiftly to seek or respond to restraining orders and other forms of emergent relief when the rights and interests of our clients are in jeopardy.

A large part of Mr. Tsai’s career was devoted to bankruptcy practice, and he has represented all of the different types of parties involved in bankruptcy, including trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, trade creditors, creditors’ committees, landlords, tenants, and debtors. His work on behalf of such clients has involved Chapters 7, 11 and 13 matters. Mr. Tsai has also served appointments from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey as trustee in cases under Chapters 7 and 11. Mr. Tsai has authored several articles on bankruptcy law.

We are familiar with arbitration and mediation as alternate forms of dispute resolution, representing clients in such venues as well as acting as arbitrator or mediator. Mr. Tsai is a panel arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and has served on the District XIII Fee Arbitration Committee for the Supreme Court.
